The title of this book, 'The most Ignored Leader, The Holy Spirit' comes from the simple fact that in my studies, I discovered that God gave humankind (without exclusion of gender) authority over the affairs of the Earth, but did not leave them alone, instead giving them His Spirit. Those who are guided by the Holy Spirit are governed based on God's commandments, dedicate themselves to doing good, spread God's love throughout the planet, help others, heal the sick, and feed the hungry, among other things. It is impossible to exercise healthy authority in this world without the guidance of the Holy Spirit, and that is precisely what our politicians and rulers have attempted to do since the beginning of time, leading to continuous failures.

Meet the Author
Sydney Stair
Born on September 11, 1957, in the vibrant Republic of Panama, Sydney Stair is a prominent figure in the field of ministerial leadership. Ordained to ministry in 1987, he has dedicated his life to the expansion and strengthening of faith through various platforms and organizations globally.
As a member of the International Coalition of Apostolic Leaders (ICAL) and World Mission Advance, Dr. Stair has been pivotal in promoting apostolic leadership. His vision also led him to establish the Coalition of Apostolic Leaders of Puerto Rico (CLAPR), marking a milestone in his ministerial career.
For over three decades, he served as the official translator for Dr. Morris Cerullo, spanning all Spanish-speaking countries and solidifying his reputation as a bridge between cultures and nations. Possessing an impressive academic background, Dr. Stair holds two bachelor's degrees, a master's degree, and two doctorates, all focused on theological studies.
In partnership with his wife, Dr. Ydsia Stair, he founded HOW!, Inc., an Apostolic Center in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, dedicated to the training and development of leaders under the motto: "Serve, Teach, and Demonstrate." This is just one of many projects they have undertaken together, including the Advancement Counseling Center, Cathedral of Worship Ministerial School (EMCA), the Council of Apostles, Prophets and Elders (CAPE), Stair Productions, and the radio and television program "Fundamento," among others.
With a busy international schedule, Dr. Stair is a speaker, counselor, certified life coach, chaplain, music and media producer, and influential author of books such as "Spiritual Paternity DNA" and "The Most Ignored Leader - The Holy Spirit." His tireless work has been recognized worldwide, receiving distinctions such as Distinguished Visitor in Viña del Mar, Chile, Distinguished Visitor in Puebla, Mexico, as well as multiple proclamations and recognitions from the government of Puerto Rico, where he has lived for the past thirty-five years.
Beyond his religious work, Sydney Stair collaborates with secular organizations, expressing his belief that the Kingdom of Heaven encompasses all equally. Blessed with a wonderful family, three children, and four grandchildren, his life is a testament to dedication, love, and service that transcends borders and unites hearts in pursuit of a greater purpose.
